For Adults and Children aged 3 years and over.
On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
To help to limit common cold symptoms and to moisturise the nasal mucosa: Keeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the notril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities: Keeping the head tilted to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Spray once 2 to 3 seconds. Let ant excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
After each use, clean the nozzle in hot soapy water, then rinse and dry with a clean and soft cloth.
Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.
Recommended at the beginning of the cold ailments season.
Sterimar Cold Defence can be used on its own or with othe nasal medication based on the advice of a doctor.
Warning:
Do not expose to temperature exceeding 50°C
Keep out of reach of children.
