Instructions:
1. Lay baby down on side or if sitting up tilt babies head to one side
2. Gently insert the nozzle into a nostril
3. Press the nozzle very briefly - let any excess solution run out before wiping the nose.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 in the other nostril
5. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry
