Directions & storage
Green light CBD oil directions for use - must use every day for up to 7 days to allow Cannabidiol to build up in your system.
Shake well before use
Place 2 drops under the tongue, morning and evening
Dosage should be increased after 7 days if required
Do not exceed 20 drops within 24 hours
Once opened, keep in refrigerator
Keep out of reach of children

i tried this product not really expecting much. It has helped with my arthritis and also reduced my blood sugar level, (I suffer with diabetes )
